Iomlán Meditation and Health centre was opened in Autumn 2009 as a space where people could learn ancient meditation techniques and to receive healing and therapy and also to learn how to heal themselves and others.
The centre offers the teachings of the Hanmi Esoteric School of Buddhism and is home to the first Hanmi empowered shrine in Ireland where we hold our meditation classes and open healing sessions. These meditation classes and healings come from the Buddhist tradition but are not religious practices and are open to everyone.
Alongside Hanmi Meditation and Healing, Iomlán also hosts a wide range of holistic therapies and classes offered by Independent Therapists and Teachers to enable you to renew and blossom into a more complete you.......
If you would like to learn deeper practices to learn to heal yourself and others and improve your life we also offer regular workshops in Medicine Buddha Dharma, which teaches healing techniques you can use on yourself and others together with techniques which allow you to purify your air, food and water and also Yellow Jambhala – Lord of Wealth Dharma, which extinguishes the obstacle of poverty and generates wealth and abundance so the practitioner can have the time, energy, and means to accomplish.
