This course is for the initiates of the Esoteric School.  We will cover the Four Preparatory Practices in depth and the Foundation Knowledge in brief.  If you would like to participate in this class, we advise you to watch the Foundation Knowledge DVD and take initiation first.  11am Sat 6 August.

• Seeking Zen: The Four Foundation Meditations

Realisation through awareness is the key to liberate oneself from the bondage of conditioned mind.  Zen is the foundation for Esoteric / Tantric practices.  Anyone who is serious about success in other courses should build a solid foundation here first.  Covers: Treasure Vase Chi, Calming & Relaxing, Diamond Wisdom, Dhyana Yoga, and On Healing Techniques.  Open to everyone.  To achieve the best results, we advise a course format of 5 consecutive evenings.  7pm Mon 8 ~ Fri 12 August.  €36 / €180
